I pulled into Scorsone’s Service Center 3 hours before closing on a Friday afternoon and explained to Debbie that I needed to return to Long Island later that evening. I was hoping they could diagnose the problem and let me know if it was safe to continue my trip. "I'm working with Scorsone's right now on having my engine replaced in my 2013 Dodge Avenger. These guys are great. I've taken my car to them five or six times over the past two years now. Mike, the owner, is highly knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He promptly responds personally to phone calls and takes the time to explain everything fully and makes suggestions that benefit the car's owner without trying to upsell and is flexible with different possible solutions to your issue. His hourly rates are the cheapest in the area. His shop and property are clean, well kept and modern. His technicians are highly professional and very good at what they do. Their uniforms are clean and neat. The parking lot is always full of cars that people trust these guys to work on, and they turn around the work quickly. Debbie, in the office, is very professional, friendly and helpful. I've been in a bind a couple of times now and they've gone above and beyond to help me out and get me back on the road. They're the best shop I've ever used and will be the only shop I'll use from now on."
