Little Caesars Pizza 2394 Lyell Avenue, Rochester, NY 14606

"Sat in the drive thru at the window for 15 min, and no one offered assistance. Even as the employees walked back and forth past the window, and the manager took a phone call right next to the window, they all refused to help me. Had to actually go into the restaurant. I dropped the pizza off to my pregnant girlfriend, just for her to call and tell me it was burnt! I will be posting this review wherever I can so ppl know what kind of service to expect from any little Caesar restaurant"

"Not only have I waited in the parking lot for half hour I stood inside for another 20 minutes looking at my order inside of the hotbox with no name on the screen no employees upfront to take any orders and nobody’s even asking anybody if they’re taken care of I would not recommend this place to anybody!! Management, needs to do their job and make sure people are taken care of we pay our good hard earned money for services that are not “hot and ready”"

"First, before I start, if you go to this location, know there is no sitting to eat in, so the atmosphere is what is that up to you to decide. Next, realistically, for pizza, for the price it is a great deal for your money. I ordered a deep-dish style pizza with 2 toppings, and even after tax, it was under $20 Service was super fast and very friendly! And the pizza was, in my opinion, beyond Excellent! I highly recommend visiting this place just based on friendliness and fast service and the pizza is well worth waiting for if you did not call ahead."

"Pizza is disgustingly good. Had the funniest experience at the drivethru, that would probably have most people leaving one star. Chick comes up to the drivethru window chugging her soda. She didn't say anything, because she's obviously so thirsty, so my boyfriend tells her his name and he has a pick up. She walks away as shes pouring more soda in her mouth. She tells someone. Phone is ringing off the hook, so she goes over to her food and shoves in a mouthful. A higher up starts walking over, Phone still ringing, mouth still full, she picks it up to her ear and doesn't say anything. We hear her say it just keeps ringing (that's what usually happens when someone doesn't answer the phone.) She goes to hand us the pizza, still doesn't say anything as she's turned the box sideways and it doesn't fit out the drivethru window. We leave dying laughing. Pizza is delicious. Amazing entertainment while we waited. Update: just realized this is normal stuffed crust, not the pretzel stuffed crust we ordered. Still delicious, makes the experience funnier."

"Store stops accepting orders online, app and in person BEFORE 9pm… if you do come into the store they let you pick out what people haven’t come and picked up or leftovers. I watched the employee rip off the stickers on side of three pizzas showing time made and who ordered. I even heard the employee saying the time made that was 45min prior made that’s old sitting in warmer! The pizzas are not fresh made in bulk ahead of time. This is an absolute joke. There was six people waiting in line in front of me and I’m listening to all this chatter of from employee. I have this, I have that, I can’t make any change, who wants this, who wants that listing what’s leftover in the warmer that’s an hour old!"
