Nobody warned us about this at the speaker box. The employee showed us our total on a phone? Not one of the squares or mobile payment devices, a phone lol Overall, pretty unimpressed, which is sad because the Dunkins I would go to in Syracuse were very good."

"I requested the most simple breakfast item possible. A sesame seed bagel, toasted with butter, nothing else. I received the bagel toasted with no butter on the bagel. I don't normally eat out to have to do really anything to my food, except consume it. I had to butter my own bagel. I then tried to call the location to let them know what happened. They ignored the phone call. This is the last time I go to this location."
