Mighty Taco

"How much do I love Mighty Taco? Well, not as much as I used to, their famous taco meat just doesn't seem as tasty as it used to be, but it's still pretty good. Now with beer! You know what goes well with beer? Pretty much everything on the menu. I still visit every time I'm in WNY, so I'm not giving up on putting this rating back up to 5 stars."

"I order at the counter and my lunch is always ready (and accurate) in two minutes. All the workers are very friendly too. Zackary today went above and beyond in customer service for me and the girl who was ahead of me in line."

"We stopped here on the way home from the Bills game, and the drive-thru line was 15 cars deep, so we opted to go inside to place our order. Well, it took 36 minutes for a fast food restaurant. They only had 3 people working at first, and when we got there, an employee was walking out the door. Then another employee left while we were there waiting for our food. When we finally left, there was still at least a handful of people still waiting in the restaurant, not to mention the cars that were still in the drive thru. Poor planning on management. It is very frustrating watching 2 employees leave with that many customers waiting to be served."

"So sad they there are only 2 employees working after a Bills game! Shame on the owners/ managers! I ordered at 9:46pm, it is 10:25 pm and I still haven’t received my food! These employees need some serious recognition! They kept a great attitude!"

"Waited for a ridiculously long time for a $10 purchase. The store was understaffed. There were at least 10 cars in the drive-through, so I chose to walk in. There were ZERO customers at the counter, and I still had to wait almost 10 minutes for my food. Which consisted of only a LG fajita, and a cruncher. The manager was constantly redirecting employees who clearly had no work ethic or attention span. They just kept walking away from their duties. The manager was very friendly and apologized for the wait. But none the less it was a major inconvenience. NO compensation for my inconvenience! No offer of a free cookie etc. Where is the customer service these days???"
