"This insurance company is openly and consistently participating in illegal fraudulent behavior and opening policies in customer names without consent. I've had this happen to me 4 times in the past two years, which causes a huge headache and pain with the DMV charging me fines for not being insured (inaccurate as I have insurance with GEICO) and countless headache including Allstate sending me a collections notice for a policy I never opened that originated in this office. I've reported this to Allstate's customer service and fraud department and filled with the attorney general to investigate this behavior. I plan to consult an attorney to pursue civil litigation as this agency's fraudulent and illegal behavior has caused significant stress to myself and has consumed countless hours of my time to correct the issues they have caused. Do not give your business to this office and support their fraudulent behavior!"

"Do NOT open a policy with Omar Hadi!! The representative, Scott Dennis, is rude, disrespectful and unwilling to support and assist with any questions you may have. When I requested to speak with Omar directly, Scott intentionally disconnected the line and he will no longer answer my calls. My husband called the office number from his phone and he answered my husbands call since he didn't recognize the number. I’m quite perplex of his actions and what caused his unwillingness to help and unpleasant tone, but I will be looking into options to transfer to a different Allstate Agent immediately."
