"Waited three hours for my food just for it to be missing things, cold and look mediocre. I’m a fan of carbones but this is just upsetting. Considering I spent almost $80 on food you would think it would atleast be correct after waiting 3 hours for it…"

"It's just your normal neighborhood Pizza place until you eat the food. The atmosphere isn't what's important but the food is! This is one of the best pizza places in the entire Buffalo area! Crust is perfect & they use a ton of cheese, sauce & pepperoni. Let's talk about giant, meat loaded subs with fresh toppings! I've never had an issue when it comes to food quality. They've only ever made one mistake with us and it was on a very busy day and it was minor. The mistake was fixed. Highly recommend."

"3 straight times now something has gone wrong. First time I was double charged for an order and it took 3 months and me coming in daily before I got my money back 2nd time I came in to pick up my order and they totally forgot to make half of it, which was only 10 wings And now I come in to pick up an order for 2 Sunday and an order of bread sticks and I walk in and they don't have an breadsticks made so I have to wait an additional 15 minutes How does a business continue to settle for such incompetence? The only thing more surprising than that is that I still continue to order from this circus show."

"It's not an eat in place there is a table but someone is always sitting there waiting for their food. . Always busy because they have good food. I especially love the sweet sauce pizza. They are a bit pricey so I don't opt for this place first in a city that is overwhelmed by pizza and wing options. The staff is pretty cool though."
