"I wish I could give zero stars. We used to order here regularly. We stopped ordering salads because they kept putting green olives on my wife’s after she says no olives. Bread sticks are rock hard and they serve food that seems to sit for a while. When I went up to ask for a fresh order the girl just walked away. They let employees work with hoodies up and you can barely see their faces. Not even a smile like someone was forcing her to work. I’m not sure if it’s new management or ownership but the food and service is just awful. There are so many other options in South Buffalo. It’s disappointing. Every time we decide to try Abbott again it just gets worse. Time to give my money to another restaurant who wants it."

"BEST gluten free pizza ever! Abbott beats the pants off that OTHER pizzeria....a couple blocks down the road, BETTER by FAR: service, quality of food, cleanliness, much less grease, and a lot more taste and friendly vibes here. AND...to top it off, they are priced very reasonably, unlike the place that meant something 20 years ago and charges like we're in midtown Manhattan! (Far from it!) Go with Abbott paisano, you won't regret it!"

"Absolutely terrible! It’s a real shame that quality seems to be decreasing as prices rise. Worst $30 I’ve spent in awhile. Ordered a large cheese and pepperoni with 2 orders of breadsticks. Firstly, the pizza was SO small it was comparable to one you’d find in the local grocery freezer aisle. However, this once was nothing but dough! Barely any sauce or cheese. Secondly, the breadsticks were SO hard, one bite almost broke my tooth! I literally mean ROCK HARD! I will never order from here again. Not to mention, the small sauce container for my rock hard breadsticks was so overfilled that it opened and transferred everywhere by the time I drove it home. Definitely could have enjoyed something better for a quick dinner for this price. Just terrible. Used to be good."
