Picasso's Pizza

"*****Came into pick up a large pizza chicken wing asked for the $2 off coupon Channing claimed coupon was applied. When I had someone pick up the pizza and brought it home the receipt didn't have the $2 off I called asking Channing why it didn't apply he was very rude and aggressive getting all loud with me I asked for a manager he says he was a manager and said that he can't change it. I asked who was above him and refused to give me a name and acted like he didn't know, when all I asked was a question about why my coupon didn't apply. I've been going there for years I will never go to the blasdell location again after the horrible experience I had I don't even want to eat the pizza because of the nasty management*******"

"I already called to complain, but I always have this problem with this location- called to order a large cheese & pep pizza at 630PM, the guy said it’ll be ready in 25 mins, got there in 25 mins- got home & we only live 5 mins away by Hilbert Collage. The pizza is soggy you couldn’t even pick up a piece - a $30 pizza that’s basically uncooked?? Idc if you can’t credit back $30- $10 back is crazy considering the expensive pizza?? He said it’s on a line & they can’t control how long it takes for ppl to pick the pizza up- if the pizza only took 10 mins to make & you told me 25 mins- how is it our fault at that point the pizza was sitting there ? & I get ur just workers working at a business, but cmon dude it’s a friggen pizza??"

"First time being there and for the price it was a good deal. Got a drink and a slice of pizza for just over alittle bit 5 bucks and the pizza was really good for the cost. I will definitely go back there when I’m in the area and want a simple slice of pizza."

"What a great place! Looking for Buffalo style pizza, this was great. Buffalo style is in between NY and Chicago style. Crust is more like Sicilian, but not quite as thick. They use the famous Western NY pepperoni, cupped and charred... The best pepperoni anywhere. We ordered a large with 15 wings . Wings we're typical Buffalo wings and were outstanding. Pizza was cooked perfectly with the pepperoni slightly charred. We only ate 3 slices each and were stuffed. Perfect lunch for tomorrow. Picasso's has a few locations here and this one is definitely worth the stop. Girls working were also outstanding! Hats off to Picasso's , great job!"
