"Ordered online and paid with my credit card.When I got there to pick my order up my order wasn't on the take out rack.I asked the man( who said he was the boss) about my order.He said it was made and put on the rack for online orders someone else must of picked it up.I asked him to remake it or refund my money.He got Belligerent with me and said he's not remaking it or refunding my money this wasn't " His problem" to leave the premises.I was able to contact my credit card company in which they were never paid,corporate office was very Dissatisfied that one of there employees would treat a customer like this and assured he would be dealt with accordingly.The man who is supposed to be the boss is very unprofessional and has no customer service skills.I will pass the word around about this FireHouse Restaurant and the extremely rude treatment I received from this restaurant.You know the saying " The customer is always right".They should keep a better eye on the take out rack. They lost food,money which was never paid from my credit card company and a customer that's going to spread the word around"
"First time trying firehouse Subs in the U.S and it was amazing. Friendly staff, great flavors. Would definitely eat here again. Haven't tried the Canadian locations hopefully we get the same quality and flavor as the U.S"
"Considering this is a fast food spot it did not taste like it. Subs were wonderful. Well made and perfect. Probably the best meal we had all week. Split the steak n cheese and Cajun chicken subs between us. Could not put it down! Will for sure visit again."
