"I've been living on Edson street for 3 years and I've been ordering from this restaurant for 3 years and there always wherr decent people I've never had a problem out of them until last night. I don't know how long they've been doing this to people. But their night shift has been scamming people out of their orders. I just had to make a police report last night. I called to check on my order an kept saying I got instead checking with the delivery guy to see if he delivered when i called the cops when he refused my refund soon as i got on my phone with the cops the guy behind the counter started yellin into my phone so that it would sound like there was a conflict am i was being aggressive he looked really nervous to like he knows he caught So guys be aware if your order don't show up or you call and try to check on it. And they hang up or the do weird stuff like not call an check on your order Just know that you're being scammed in case they don't fire those people. But I believe they will be fired hopefully."

"This is our local go to. Highly recommend the famous steak pizza. Teriyaki wings are also excellent. Update: Past several times have been very inconsistent. I even had to return a pizza, which I have never done before in my life. They were nice about it. However, lately there have been some orders which, while not terrible enough to return, have not been great or even good. I really hope they get their quality up to their previous standards."

"This place was really great until the last few times I ordered they didn't have my order ready and I waited 45min. instead of The 25 min. I was quoted on the phone. The counter girl yelled to the cook let's freaking go and she got up from the table where they all were sitting and completed my order but now my sub was cold and my Onion rings were just getting done and she told me it happens sometimes, like what happens nobody reads the slips or pays attention to the orders . This happens constantly they are busy hanging out on their phones and not getting out the orders ."

"For just under sixty bucks for a large and twenty I would expect the food to be made right. Didn't get the extra cheese I ordered and paid for and the wings that were ordered saucy were bone dry. Went back in to ask about my extra cheese at least and was lied to saying they put it on. The receipt on the pizza and the multiple slices showing sauce prove otherwise. Really disappointing for what might have been considered a caz area staple. Thank God Imperial is only a mile away."
