"Awful. The wrap on the left is what they portray on the ordering screen in the restaurant. Then they bait and switch and give you this nonsense. Rip off. Almost $9 to 10 bucks for a so called " meal" . I'll never spend another dime at a tim hortons. Add this company to the list of of fast food places tgat charge ridiculous prices & Gove you trash food with terrible service. My kid thinks their orange juice tastes like tooth paste. I'd rather light a $20 bill on fire than go to a Tim hortons. Done. Absolutely done. Tge past 3 yrs. Prices keep going up and quality is awful."

"I keep wanting to give this location another chance because it's on my way home from errands ... but why can't they get simple ingredient requests right ? 3 splenda and caramel shouldn't taste like 1 splenda and nothing . maybe that could be resolved if I could see the order on the order board when ordering like at other locations , but it never seems to be functional at this location . and it's not like the place is crazy busy to excuse it , either . I pass 2 more on my way home . just sayin'"
