"If I could give less than one star I would"

"I can count the number of times I’ve given a review in my life on one hand. And this review is one of those. My experience dealing with this “pharmacy” was a nightmare. My physician, who has been monitoring my medicine for 3 years sent a prescription to be filled at this “pharmacy”. Allie, a “pharmacist” there said she “didn’t feel comfortable” filling my prescription after my dose was increased and said I had to wait 5 days until she could fill it, although my doctor put it in the order that my new medication with a dose increase could be filled. You might be wondering why I used quotations around “pharmacy” and “pharmacist,” well, I did this because that is what I expected. I expected a pharmacy whose doctor of 5 years could send my prescription and a pharmacist who should fill it. However, I instead encountered a belligerent “pharmacist” who acted like she knew my medical history and who thought she knew what she was talking about."

"I’m extremely disappointed that I went in this evening to check on the status of my medication that I need due to an illness. I was told it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow and that they couldn’t give me an estimated time. I understand it was a few minutes before closing but at 7:08 I got a text message notifying me that my prescriptions are ready for pick up. If my medication wasn’t ready I shouldn’t of revived notice that it was."

"The pharmacist named Allie was very rude to me about filling my medication 3 days early when I’m going out of town. Today is Aug 14th. I got my script last month Aug 17th. It’s my doctors job to monitor my medication and she does a great job at it. She is 1000% ok with me getting my script 3 days early while I’m on a 7 day trip. So I guess now- I will stay home and forget seeing my family I haven’t seen in over 12 years! Shout out to you , Allie! A little compassion goes a long way and you could’ve been a little more understanding instead of treating me like another number. I may be new to your location at Harris teeter but I am not a new client To The pharmacy and I’ve never requested an early refill. But they see a certain name on the bottle and treat me as if I’m trying to abuse medication. How about to treat us all the same, Allie ? I too am a licensed health professional, I take care of sick people daily. I can assure you, I use something called “empathy”. Shame on you!"

"The regular staff at this branch are great pharmacist and even BETTER PEOPLE! Absolutely a pleasure to do business with. They listen, they answer questions, they make sure one knows the medication (doctors make mistakes sometimes) I just can't say enough good things about them. I have been a customer for close to fives years there, should any of them transfer, etc I would truly be saddened! They go out of their way to be helpful and I know this makes their job harder because they have X amount of time to get prescriptions filled. Did I mention I like the staff? Please don't take this lightly because I hardly like anyone, more so when business is concerned, work ethics today are POOR! But not at this Harris Teeters Arboretum Pharmacy."
