"On our way to Starbucks my wife made a comment that the local news put out an article about this particular location. People were commenting about how its common for the staff to lock the doors early and that a majority of people purposely go to the Target down the street to avoid this place.Took the family in for some drinks and snacks. Observed 3 people working, which all seemed perfectly calm and happy. Cashier took a phone call while we were ordering. Im assuming it was a manager as she proceeded to the doors and locked them and announced they are understaffed and need to lock the doors. I would advise management to view the camera footage as customers and employees appeared to be perfectly calm and under control. May also want to do better screening of potential hires as far as their ability to work under "stressful" conditions. To the owner, I attempted to leave a comment at the starbucks website but it will not let you. Happy Holidays!"

"Immediately liking it here, the person who took my drink order was really nice and helpful in terms of all of my questions, and properly rang up my order using my coupon and the app and my gift card. There’s plenty of space to sit down and do work in booths or tables. Free parking. Definitely will come back soon! Decided to take a chance on the new caramel Brulé latte, and it is very good!"

"This location specifically had a very kind and engaging staff. I understand that everyone is always busy in coffee shops, however, it is a common occurrence to be ignored when first arriving. Not only was I greeted by numerous staff members but as the barista's prepared the mass amounts of orders they had. They still made a point to chit chat with everyone around. Lastly, I was ready to take off for my delivery before a very friendly staff member made sure to thoroughly package the order to where it didn't spill on my travels. It's little extra acts of kindness that makes the world go round!"

"Friendly Staff and my drink was Excellent! I changed my Caramel ribbon crunch Frappaccino to nonfat milk and it Tastes Great! I am Lactose Intolerant. The other drink is A Venti Iced Chai Tea Latte with Sweet Cream Foam. Both of them can be ordered Regular or Lactose Free."
