"Long slow lines. Don't have meds in stock and they with their attitude could careless. They have meds stacked up with the pharmacy employees stacking meds or tossing them on the pile and they sliding off onto the floor. Pathetic custom service."

"Two stars because sometimes there is a human entity working that can actually help you. The rest of the time, lets just say" not the most intelligent of people working". Not only that but I get a feeling I'm being judged. If I'm not then they just have the worst human relations skill set imaginable. I stopped going to this pharmacy years ago, so this isnt new. It's my darn Dr keeps sending my scripts here for some reason. I drive out to tunnel rd to that ingles. Mind you I live across the street from the one on Leicester. I choose to drive to tunnel rd. The absolute worst, that's my review."

"To be fair I just visited on a busy Saturday before possible snow. But arrived coming from my Drs that they had no record of my prescription. Then suddenly found it and was told 30-40 min wait. Ok I get that. Waited in store with obviously sick kid in my arms. Approached counter after 40 mins to be told it will be 2-3 hrs. No apology for the miscommunication or making me wait with my sick kid for 40 mins for no reason."

"Went through the drive-thru to get my prescriptions said they weren't ready said it would be 20 minutes. I go in and pay for a prescription 40 minutes later get to my truck and find out there's two more have to walk back in was told to get back in line so total time was 50 minutes. I don't understand why when I paid for the first prescription that they didn't tell me there were two more. The worst customer service ever"
