"The ladies in the morning are amazing!!! They always know my order the moment I begin to order and go above and beyond to make sure my morning coffee is EXACTLY the way I like it!!"
"A bit disappointing. The flavoured ice coffee was basically just water. Another customer had the same issue and was getting their drink refunded. The hot cappuccino was good. The munchkins were just so so. I guess every location is different as I've had better quality elsewhere."
"Ordered through the drive thru. Service was extremely slow. The cashier was extremely rude and played on her phone while we were waiting for our order. When I asked for my receipt the cashier refused to give me one. The staff in the store seemed more interested in their conversations than helping customers. After waiting waiting 10 minutes for the food we received it and it was either cold or burnt. My bagel was both cold and burnt while my fiancé’s sandwich was cold. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and normally go to the Washington st location. This location has ruined Dunkin’ for me."
"Poor service. Order was put in prior to arrival. Once I arrived I noticed people coming in placing orders and getting their drinks 1st. Then staff was rude when I questioned where my 1 preordered drink was. I've noticed over time when this location gets busy they struggle. They need training from the Washington Street location. They seem to still run smooth when busy unlike Arsenal location."
