"The girl who waited on us was rude as hell. I could barely ask my son what he wanted without being rushed by her. The food was dried out, and barely warmed, and then as we were choking it down this same employee was complaining LOUDLY about having to be open on New Years Day. Which yes, it sucks, but if you knew you were going to be open, request the day off, or call in, instead of complaining sonthebentire food court can hear you!"

"Food was ok...it's food court pizza, not expecting 5 star cuisine. However, the rude woman who waited on us, literally throwing trays on the counter, and loudly complaining that they were open on new years day. I get it, working a holiday sucks, but complaining in ear shot of customers while also being a rude *****, totally uncalled for."

"It was literally the worst thing I have ever eaten, I suggest you never try Sbarro, leftover food, rude staff, all pizzas were left over and put in several times. If possible, I would give them zero"

"This is the only place we bought pizza for many years. We’re finding a new place. They have no phone, so I can’t order ahead. looks like they’ve got a new manager which is too bad because the guy who was there for years is no longer with them. You can tell because the pizza is terrible now. Also skimpy toppings and one pizza was totally wrong. Where are the mushrooms and why is there onions on it? NOPE!! We’re DONE WITH THESE GUYS."

"Every time I see this restaurant in the mall I pass it up because the employees and food presentation just look disgusting. Well today I finally decided to get in line to quench my Sbarro’s craving. Only to be told that the people in front of me would be the last customers served. There was hardly any food on the line but all I wanted was one white slice and I saw they had three. I was told I could not order because these other customers would be the last and then all the other food had to be thrown away. As a previous Sbarro’s employee I am aware that the pizza does need disposed after sitting out for so long but this couldn’t have been the reason since they were selling it to the other customers in line. They also were not making any fresh pies. At 2pm on a Tuesday and while serving other customers I just would love to know why I could not be served today at this restaurant. Or why they were closing? Just saying I could have offered this restaurant a higher daily sales amount but two seconds serving me was too much for the employees. To steer me away even further from this location I watched the employees pack up most of the remaining food into to go boxes like they were taking it home for themselves or delivering it to friends after the restaurant had closed. The same food I was told needed to be thrown away. Very disappointing experience."
