"Food is usually decent, wanted to share that we visited with our child for dinner last night, there was no wait at the door. Hostess was putting us at a table in the middle and we both asked due to our child could we have a booth instead, she refused- blatantly said no there is no other option for you (mind you no wait and plenty of open booths around us). So I said can we wait for a booth really for everyone around us, it is going to be better with her corralled in a booth than at an open table to which I was told in a snotty condescending tone “put her in a high chair then if she won’t sit”. Mind you my child is well past the age of sitting in a high chair- the complete lack of customer service training is unacceptable if she’s being allowed to speak to paying customers like this in front of a dining room of people."

"Service was quick. The food was pretty good value. Hit the spot Italian food. Had the tour of Italy with the chicken gnocchi soup. Great way to try the menu. Also breadsticks can be a little salty. Might be best to ask without the salt."

"My first time dining here, and I was more than pleased with the entire experience. Everything was perfect. The staff welcome you like family, food was hot and delicious, drinks were on point, and the atmosphere was positive. I did not want to leave. The 2 hour drive from Massena was well worth it. We will be back and Thank You so very much."

"I rarely leave reviews but I had to come on here to shout to the world how much I and my daughters loved the service we got. It was late and we arrived after a long day of shopping and blowing money that we didn’t have. 3 Canadians broke and hungry. We show up at Olive Garden at about 9pm-ish. It was quiet and looked like it could close any second. We were seated and introduced to our amazing server. PETER! Peter is fantastic. His personality was exactly what we needed. He was funny, and entertaining. Peter should be awarded the gold medal of serving if it exists. All 3 of us ladies love Peter and he will be the main reason we return. The restaurant should be called Peters Garden. If he doesn’t work there anymore I think the restaurant should close down. I bet Peter single handily makes the bread, pasta from scratch all while serving and entertaining everyone. Thank you Peter for being you. Olive Garden is blessed to have you. Oh yeah… the food was good too."
