"Ordered the garden basket for a coworker and her family that was delivered to Crumpler Funeral Home in Aberdeen the day before my friends Mothers service. Funeral home received the arrangement however they (as in the funeral homes employees) delivered the arrangement to the service before my friends Mothers. I asked on Monday if she received what was ordered and she had not so I called Monday just before closing and spoke with a gentleman who said that they had been marked delivered and asked me to follow up with funeral home and call the following day. Tuesday morning I spoke with Sonja and she said she would look into it and phone me back which she did within the hour and that’s how the mystery was solved…Hollyfield not only fixed someone else’s screwup but went above and beyond to deliver what was originally ordered to my coworkers office today! Customer service was excellent and efficient Thank you guys…they are gorgeous."

"Hollyfield is the best florist I’ve ever experienced. I’ve bought several arrangements and they’ve all been gorgeous. Ordering quality flowers can be tricky as I want a local vendor to provide them, yet there are so many sites that falsely claim to be local. The big companies charge last minute and not insignificant surprise service fees, then deliver underwhelming bouquets to boot. I was relieved and delighted to see that Hollyfield is a truly local brick-and-mortar business with stellar reviews! I ordered a sympathy bouquet at 10:30 last night and they arrived at my mother’s house just twelve hours later. Amazing. The flowers all look fresh and beautiful and the arrangement is so tasteful.
