"I have had the best experience with Trey! Every time I call him he answers right away. I called today and was having problems with my pool pump and was freaking out because our pump was making a loud noise. Even though Trey didn’t install our pool, He has done all of the servicing on it. He dropped everything and went right out to look at our pool pump. Our pool pump had went out after 2 years. He said that he could handle putting in the warranty claim for us. He called me back and let me know everything was covered. He is the best. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Go see Trey! I would give him 10 stars if I could! He is amazing."

"I would give Trey 10 stars if I could! I had problems with my liner and did not want to get a new one yet. Trey and his crew did a beautiful job with the repair & when I filled up the pool another issue came up. I didn't think they would come back out (past experiences with other companies) but Trey did & made sure there were no other issues. He is patient and explains things without seeming rushed - and I know how busy he is. He even took the time to show me how to clean a new filter system we just had installed by another company. He wouldn't leave until I was satisfied with everything - he is the best. Really takes pride in his work. He was recommended to me by 2 other companies and I see why. "Trey was awesome from day one! He was prompt, efficient and very professional. We needed a safety cover for a new inground swimming pool. Trey came out the next day as promised and took measurements. We were happy with the price he gave us right there on site. We paid Trey the deposit and he ordered the cover right away. About 5 days later, Trey text and said that he would be out on a Friday to install and cover the pool for us. However, it still being 99 degrees outside, we wanted to wait until that Monday. He stated that was fine and no worries. Monday came - Trey text and said he was running behind and wanted to come Wednesday - no worries. We were not any hurry since it was still 99 degrees outside. Wednesday came, Trey and his crew came. Installed a beautiful blue safety cover on our pool. It was amazing. We have a waterfall wall and he was able to put the cover right into it and the outcome was great. I was very impressed with the workmanship of Trey and BACKYARD POOLS. Trey is a great guy and trying to build up his business. He is honest and loyal - no matter what the reviews say below - ask me! I think otherwise!
