"I rarely leave reviews, but we have been extremely pleased with Beach Pools. Everyone we have dealt with has been incredibly knowledgeable, polite, prompt, responsive and customer-service oriented. We absolutely love our beautiful pool and would never hesitate to recommend Beach Pools. Don't stress that you are basically buying a "kit" and acting as your own contractor. It made me a bit nervous at first too, but they are there to help you every step of the way. They never leave you to fend for yourself, but you do have that option if you so choose. The money you save is incredible and not a bit of a hassle at all. I can't understand the negative reviews. They have been in business for years and have it down to a fine art. And, it shows! "I could not disagree with the last review more. The process is explained thoroughly up front. The purchaser is basically buying a "kit" and acting as the general contractor, but there are recommendations (tried and true) for subs that purchasers may - but are not required to - use. I appreciated that Gwen at Beach Pools had a list we could start from! But, in no way was it required that we use anyone from her list. We actually did elect to use her subs, and our process was seamless. The installer, Brad, is top-notch in every way. Absolutely not one negative thing to say, and I could go on and on with positives. Dino, the concrete guy, and his crew were also great to work with and did a superb job. Both showed up every time they said they would, were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and I would put their work up against anyone in the industry. I know we will have years of enjoyment from our pool, and I would highly recommend Gwen at Beach Pools and her suggested subs (especially Brad and Dino) to anyone looking to save considerable money while still having a beautiful, high quality finished product."
