"Whats not to love about this free little hiking spot. The water falls are small yet mighty. Very pretty indeed. Easy enough trail, but the elevated steps might make ot difficult for someone who doesn't have great stability or balance."
"Was not much water over the falls, but it was an amazing day, regardless. I enjoyed hiking the Yellow Loop Trail with the the old house foundation, rambling streams still green foliage."
"Blink and you will miss it. Fun water fall to visit and take pictures of. Not a place to swim or go tuning. Think more along the line of tranquil resting spots, where kids can look around and explore. There is a trail here too. Could be fun to take on."
"I would highly recommend this one, especially for a hike with little kids! Dogs are welcome (on a leash) but ours was in and out of the water the whole time! It's a short hike that's a nice little loop with a couple waterfalls. The swimming area that you see on most of the posts is right as you walk down from the road. We hiked first then put our feet in the water to cool down!"
"Went to see Mountain Laurel for the first time. There was a canopy of it against the blue sky. It was beautiful. Saw Trillium and Tulip Poplar for the first time as well. Moved to the area a year ago. The waterfall was not that impressive. It did just rain, which helped the falls be a little more substantial. We saw tiny fish swimming in the pools of extra water next to the trail. Overall, we enjoyed the hike."
