"We got 3 quotes for our pool build and went with pinnacle. They were significantly cheaper than the other two companies. Although less expensive it didn't show in the product we were being given. A 3d rendering of our pool on our property was also included and that was nice to see before moving forward. My wife and I have been on a group text with pinnacle and have been kept informed of the schedule. The timeliness of the build has been kept on pace and has come in better than promised. The girl in the office, Kelly, kept me informed on the process and answered all my questions, and I had a lot of questions. The site super, Jacob, dealt with and managed all the crews on site. The contractors showed up on time and got the job done. Thanks Guys, enjoying this super hot summer right in our own back yard!"

"Beware some of these reviews (the good one's) are not Pinnacle. They do not install pools. They hire all third party contractors, to do the job for them. If your looking for communication there is very little, they do not care about your property or your feelings. If you are building a pool, even if you have the cash for it, HAVE YOUR BANK manage it for you. My pool is complete, it isn't on yet because again a third party will do it. This was a total nightmare and it will cost you more in the long run going with them because of the aftermath they leave you."

"We hired Pinnacle to build our pool in October. They started the day after Thanksgiving. The first day, the crew hit a visible sewer line and left raw sewage running into our yard UNTIL MARCH when we hired someone else to fix it because Pinnacle would not respond. There is no continuity in project management because the managers appear to only last about a month before quitting. The sales office is never open. Customer service does not respond. Project management does not respond. I guess only lawsuits will get the attention of this horrendous unprofessional and completely incompetent company."
