"I texted her that we were a party of 7. She knew what night we were coming even told us where to meet and what time. She was a no show even though she knew we were coming. I tried to extend grace and thought maybe she had a family emergency so texted her and said sorry for the miscommunication -- see you next time! She never even responded. Poor customer service. We won't bother to try to go on this tour in the future."
"Had an amazing time on the tour despite the rain. Loved hearing about the history of Southport! I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area."

"My son, 11, my daughter, 14, and myself enjoyed Kate’s tour so much! She is so informative about history in Southport. This tour was more than worth the money. She does a great job and her Southern Belle attire added to her already charming personality. We had a great time and was blessed with perfect weather as well. We take history and ghost tours every time we visit somewhere and my son said this has been his favorite out of all. Btw… Not sure what the haze is in the cemetery photo. Noticed it later when looking through our pictures. During that time though, Kate was talking about visitors catching things in photos at this area of a women buried there."
"We had a blast and learned some interesting facts about our small port town. We loved it."
