"Strange and uncomfortable experience with rude employees and terrible customer service. I went in to get a small 5x5 card laminated. I stood in line patiently at the counter, there were 2 people ahead of me and 2 behind me. When I got to the front of the line the woman told me to head down to the next register and she’d get to me after she finished up the rest of the returns people had. As I stood waiting for her to help the 2 people who were behind me in line more people got into her line. I asked if it was possible for her to help me before the people who had just entered the store as I had been there waiting for some time. She got huffy and started complaining about how there were only 2 people working at that desk (as I could see!) and I’d have to wait and she went back to helping all of the customers who had come in after me. Rude employees, bad customer service, unfortunate experience."
