"Adam travel is the horrible agency my last name was wrong on the ticket, he doesn’t want to fixed it he so layer abbas said no problem you can fly 1 or 2 alphabet is no problem still you can fly I went to Jacksonville airport at 3am on March 18 I did explain what’s happening after 3 hours talk to Turkish Airlines they told me mam you cannot fly. I was so mad upset I left the message to abbas I lost my fly after 3 hours stay at airport and come back home later he called me and said I’m so sorry, I told hime did I told you, you have to cancel my ticket and give me another new ticket but he refused, but he paid 300 hundred dollars penalty and give me new ticket. Finally I did fly on March 21, was bad experience."

"Hi, I bought my package from brother Abbas in Charlotte office but my wife and I were place with another group from Texas office and our group leader Farhan Shaikh was also from Texas office. We had the most horrible experience. Let me start from the beginning: Once we landed, a brother named Khalil received us and took our passports and told us to wait for a taxi. We waited about 30mins which wasn’t bad and got on the taxi. The driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel and and wouldn’t wait for us to go inside and double check if it was the right one. He was yelling and screaming for us to get off and take our luggage. Once we went inside the manager was nice and very helpful and helped us find the right hotel which was a 10 minute walk. So my friend and I walked over to make sure that was the right hotel and I came back to get our wives. I called a uber and took all the luggage’s while they walked. After we get our rooms, we go and open the door to find out another couple is already there claiming it’s their room and we have to get another room. We go back downstairs and wait for the Adam travel staff Jamal who comes 30-40 minutes later and puts us in another room with 5 beds even though we paid for quad. We stay in madinah for 2 day’s or so and get ready for Makkah. We were told to be ready by a certain time and wait until further instructions. The bus didn’t come for 2-3 hours and then we head to Makkah which took 13 hours. Subhan Allah. After we check in and go to our room, another family is already there’s so we have to figure out what’s going on. We couldn’t reach the group leader so we stayed with our wives because luckily their roommate was in ours with her family. We didn’t bother changing rooms. When we get ready for mina, we were told to be ready at 12:30 am but the bus didn’t come until 4am. We get on to realize it’s fajr time so get off to pray on the street. Then we were told the streets are closed to we have to wait another hour or so before we leave. When we get to Mina, we stayed in our tent until magrib and head out for muzdalifah in bus which we waited like 45 mins. A lot of people left before us. When we get there, we had to find our own space and settle down. No one was their to reserve any spaces or help us. We make it through the night and leave after fajr but we couldn’t get a bus. We waited ed 4 hours in the hot sun before we got on only to find out we could have walked in Iike 45 mins. After we come back to Mina, we were so tired we slept until afternoon to walk 1 hour to jamarat for stoning and walk 1 hour back. The next day we walk one hour to find there is no Adam travel bus like they promised so we grabbed a taxi while everyone waited. We go to hotel, rest, do tawaf and Sai in our own and take a taxi to do jamarat on our own. Then we walk back to Mina. Next day we did the same. We didn’t wait for Adam travel Bus. We took a taxi and did everything on our own and came back to hotel. End of hajj alhamdulilah. Basically, this group was very poorly managed with and inexperienced group leader who did not communicate what was going on in the group and what we were going to do next. Please stay away from this company my brothers and sisters and your hajj travel will be a lot easier. I’m only writing this review to let everyone know the bad services we received so other people don’t have to suffer like us. May Allah accept all of our hajj In Shaa Allah. Ameen. "I would never recommend Adam Travel for Umra or Hajj, I was promised to spend 3 night in Al Madina and 3 night in Macca and ended up spending only 2 night in each city , there was no tour or visits , the only we is Masjeed Al Qubae , because it's only 10 min from our Hotel ."
