"Went to Cruise Planners this morning excited to book a cruise and more. Let me preface this by saying that I have some difficulty walking. There were no parking spots within a block of the building and to add insult the”Cruise Planner” vehicle was parked in front of the building. After walking for two blocks to get to the building we were greeted by two large barking dogs as we tried to get in. Finally a lady got the dogs into a back room and rudely asked what we wanted. We told her we were interested in a cruise. She informed us she didn’t know anything about that, but the owner did.. unfortunately the owner was down the street having coffee. “Could you come back in 15 minutes.” Needles to say we walked the two blocks back to our car and left. Cruise Planners lost a cruise, a potential trip to Ireland, and an all inclusive vacation."
