"Premier Pools & Spas of Charlotte did an excellent job with our pool from start to finish. Chris & Aric (aka ball of fun) worked together to design everything for us. Things changed a little from the beginning design due to some elevation and grade issues and Aric as the project manager figured it all out quickly and made it all work out even better than what we had originally planned. We had a small space to work with and they gave us great options to use up the space completely and it turned out GREAT. Installation day was completely amazing to watch and definitely exceeding our expectations. This crew showed up ready to work and were the BEST example of team work that we had ever seen. We were highly Impressed to say the least! As soon as the trucks pulled up at 7:30 am, those guys were moving and never once saw anyone standing around or asking what needed to be done next. By 1:45, our pool was in the ground with water, they cleaned up after themselves, and the crew was gone for the day. Aric continued to check in and stay on top of things throughout the remainder of the job including inspections, initial cleanings, and pool decking. We are very happy with the finished project and very satisfied with our pool! We would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking to get the pool of their dreams. "Premier Pools and Spa-Charlotte did an Amazing job constructing and finishing our freeform pool!!! From the very start, Matt Burkett was Fabulous to work with. When we asked him questions or for his opinions, he was direct and honest with his suggestions. He took his time with us and did not rush us to make quick decisions. He was hands on in helping us finalize our pool design because we wanted a pool that looked like it came w/our home – not an “addition”. He even spent time helping us make – what seemed difficult at the time – color decisions from the Pebble Sheen to the Travertine decking – met us at the tile store and took us to a few jobsites so we could see the actual colors. Aric Barker was our Project Manager, and he was Fantastic to work with!! He too was completely hands on throughout the entire project. He stayed in communication with us while staying on top of all aspects of the construction process all the way to the finished product and still checks in on us after construction was finalized – 6 mths later. We were impressed with the quality of workmanship from the subs who worked with Premier on our pool. Of course, no construction project is without a few “things” that come up during the process. When that that did happen, and we expressed concerns, Aric and Matt would arrive on scene and immediately found the underlying cause of what was going on and got it fixed. Aric did an excellent job throughout the entire project. We would HIGHLY recommend Matt, Aric & Premier Pools & Spa!!! Because of their integrity and diligence in standing by their word from the beginning and throughout the construction process, we have no doubt they will continue to stand by their finished product should we ever have a need. When we say we could not be happier nor more pleased with our final product – our New Vacation Oasis – that is a complete understatement!! Our family has had a fabulous summer in our new Premier Pool!!! Why leave home when you have this in your backyard!!"
