"This is the most difficult and cumbersome company to use for travel reservations. You must first call and get screened by someone who barely speaks English then wait for an email outlining details of your request. If you want to speak to someone, it the same process. It took 6 emails and 4 phone calls to make a simple rental car reservation and then cancel it because the quote did not include airport fees and taxes even though the reservation said all taxes and fees were included. It turned out I found and booked an online rez myself in 15 minutes or less. Based on this one simple interaction we will not book any more travel through them. I can see my self standing in the airport having an issue with a reservation or cancelled flight going through screener and waiting in a que for a return email that has typically taken hours to be returned. Terrible customer experience!!"
