"I did a ton of research on pool products, pool companies, I spoke with current customers from various companies, and even unofficially interviewed the installers in person, prior to settling on Poolscapes of Charlotte with a San Juan Fiberglass Pool. That research paid off! The pool delivery and installation were smooth. Everything that could potentially cost more was explained in advance and there were no “surprise” charges. Justin and his installation crew were so professional. The teamwork was top notch. I often saw them double checking each other’s measurements and verifying details before they did anything. Justin had excellent communication with me every step of the way. The team cleaned as they went as well. I passed all inspections with ease. Thalia and Bob made great suggestions without overselling me on the extras that didn't fit in my budget (which was very tight and probably one of the smallest sales of the year for them). They helped me to prioritize the options that did make sense for me. I had tremendous support from Bob with information even when I had to go to a variance board for additional space. When the board denied my request, I was devastated. But when a company knows they won't get a sale because you couldn't get the space needed to fit their product in your yard, but Thalia still picks up the phone to call me and ask "Are you okay?" That's class. Luckily, the city eventually allowed me to put the pool elsewhere in my yard, but I will never forget her thoughtful call. Angela created a beautiful design of the pool in our yard. In fact, my neighbor and I used it as a template for the landscaping and Kathy kept me on budget and on track as I added a few extras and made some minor changes. The bottom line is this: when I started this project, my husband and I had heard from others in our neighborhood that at best, we would have many headaches, and at worst, we would spend thousands of dollars more than we planned on due to contractor errors and hidden fees. But, I really wanted a pool, so I braced myself and hoped it wouldn’t be a nightmare that I couldn't afford. But really, what I bought was reliable, professional, services that came with a sparkling, spectacular pool! Thank you Poolscapes if Charlotte!! We love our San Juan Pool and I will always be happy to brag on your company services to anyone as your company is truly the best of the best!!"

"We have been enjoying our pool so much this summer I realized that I never posted a review for Poolscapes of Charlotte! First off, from the very beginning, it was an incredible experience! From making the first phone call last October, to breaking ground end of January and final inspection and swimming by end of March! The process was seamless. When the owner Bob comes out to sign the contracts there is no push to up-sale.... He makes sure you get exactly what YOU want! Kathy in the office is extremely quick with answering any questions that come up. The onsite manager Justin is so nice to work with. He listens to concerns and ideas and will do anything he can to make it work! All the workers were so nice and professional! Always cleaned up the jobsite, to include power washing the driveway and the street Infront of the house when they got it muddy!! I have seen a lot of bad stories online about nightmare pool builds.. This was such an incredible company to work with, I can't say enough about it!!"
