"The Pay at the Pump options don’t work. You have to go inside and talk to someone. Then why put credit card terminals at the pump when it doesn’t even WORK????"

"For several days, their fuel price on sign was much lower than price on Pump. Very misleading. You pull in then you realize a big difference, waste of time"

"If you have to get gas go in the store to pay. Don’t use the pump to pay for your gas there. Go inside and pay. I believe the gas credit card readers are hacked."

"Coming from a state that has a multitude of 7-11's I was completely taken back by this poor run and operated one. As a 7-11 which is a convience store you would think they have a variety of things. They don't have bread, eggs, cream or even playing cards and had no toilet paper in stock. Forget instant Lottery tickets as there is no variety and it appears that they don't like to restock them. It's a hit or miss when coming to play them often being told that they can't because ," they are changing shifts ". The employees are not courteous and often abrupt and short with customers. They act as though they are being inconvenienced or they hate their jobs. I would never recommend coming here if you can avoid it. Quite frankly this kind of day to day doing business would never be tolerated in NY. I guess that's why NY has so many of them and the ones here in NC are becoming extinct."

"Employees here are unprofessional and rude, when I say that I mean, everyone that works here, even management. The employees on a daily basis complain about /belittle customers so loud amongst themselves that it really isn’t amongst themselves. The whole store hears it and it’s terrible. They pick and choose whom they are courteous to and it doesn’t matter how polite you are, they provide extremely poor customer service. Not to mention how badly they treat people whose English isn’t the best. One of the cashier today used used her own phone number to obtain “711 points” when she was ringing me up. I mentioned to her that someone’s name and points popped up after she rang up all my stuff. I knew what she was doing. So I showed her my 711 app and she “pretended” to scan it. The name and number didn’t change but I was not about to engage in her anymore so I left. I don’t know what the purpose of this review is, since management at this location is almost as bad as the people they employ, just had to vocalize my experiences at this location."
