"Alison is EXTREMELY rude! I am a delivery driver for Amazon. I literally JUST left from dropping off a package on 10/3/22 at 8:52am. (It’s now 8:53). As soon as Alison opened the door she goes “just give it to me”. So I then asked for her name and she goes, “it’s right here on my name tag” THEN I needed her signature. She goes “ugh! I really don’t like touching those things”. (It was my cell phone by the way) I still told her to have a great day and of course… silence. That’s EXTREMELY disgusting of you Alison because I was nothing BUT polite to you. I hope you find it in your heart to remove that hate from your spirit"

"Never have I seen a receptionist act like a cup of coffee is so valuable that only certain people are allowed to have a cup. Usually companies offer a cup of coffee to people as a curtsey to visitor's or companies that maybe visiting! Evidently the receptionist thinks otherwise ! Not very friendly at all."

"Living at Rosewood is wonderful. The 24/7 Conceirge and FT onsite manager couldn't be better. All residents are known and greeted by their names. Living on the first floor is like being in your own home. Rosewood is a community of amazingly friendly, caring, and supportive neighbors. The first floor terraces are large and the views of the gardens or pool are fabulous. My dog loves it! The amenities are too numerous to list. There's no place like Rosewood! It's my forever home."
