"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Duane S. Miller agreed to represent me with my traffic case on October 4th, 2023. He was extremely responsive and very communicative until he received my payment. As of today, October 26th, I have attempted to contact Mr. Miller via cell/office 70+ times. I have emailed him 4 times, and I’ve even submitted a contact form on his website. When we finally spoke, Duane offered me with an abundance of excuses such as: • “My phone systems have been down” •“The pandemic has effected my practice” •“The judges aren’t in court this week” •“My IT guy passed away” •“My email isn’t working” •“I didn’t realize there was no court this week” •“I haven’t received any of your calls” …yet, when I finally had enough and notified Mr. Miller that I would take legal action, he responded right away with a false claim that he denied to represent me. Throughout this entire process, I have contacted the courthouse daily and asked if any progress has been made towards my case - to which they’ve responded “no” each time. If you are seeing this review, please avoid hiring Duane S. Miller as your legal attorney."

"Very disappointed My son had a speeding violation in NC (we from FL)...and hired them., paid (380) and after the repeated delays in the court, they stop sending me updates. Long story short...been calling but phone goes into voicemail (at any hour)...and Court just suspended DL. Attorneys nowhere to be found or contacted. Lost my money...and fined."
