"We have stayed 3 times at this location in the past 2 years, and absolutely love this hotel. It is centrally located with a short driving distance to the beaches, the riverfront and lots of shopping and restaurants, also close to the local highways. The hotel itself is very attractive, modern, clean, and the rooms are large with fabulous bathrooms and a fully functioning kitchen. Throughout our stays, we especially enjoyed all the gracious people who work there, as we have seen many of them repeatedly throughout our stays. From the ladies and gentlemen who work so hard to keep the hotel and its areas and room sparkly clean every day, to the management. We especially want to give kudos to Sam at the front desk, who is just exceptionally wonderful, sweet, kind, and knowledgeable, as well as Ivy, who works hard every morning to make every guests breakfast delicious and enjoyable, and with a smile. A special thanks to these 2 ladies, who went out of their way to make our stay great! This is our favorite hotel in Wilmington !!"

"This place is brand new and our room on the 4th floor was awesome. Surprised by how fast the elevators were, too. We checked in via app so that was convenient. Parking is also nice during our stay. You won't regret it."

"I recently had an interaction with Sam at the front desk, and I must say , During our interaction, not only was Sam extremely rude and confrontational, but she also hung up on me when I called the front desk for assistance. This unprofessional conduct left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided. In all my experiences, I've never encountered such a hostile level of service. It was unlike anything I've ever seen. It's clear that Sam may benefit from additional training and support to improve her customer service skills, or perhaps a role working in an abandoned parking lot would be a better fit. It's crucial that individuals in customer service roles handle customer interactions effectively and professionally. Sam is absolutely horrifying."
