"10am appointment, got empty call at 11am & only took 5 minutes to get inside and trailer was gone. Amazon does not keep track of which yard they send empty trailers so had to spend almost 3 hours going from yard to yard looking for my trailer. They give you the list of their yards and send you fishing for it. if you find it fast good for you, if not, you keep going from one yard to the other."
"Appointment at 10am came at 9am was out by 12pm. The check in line takes forever that’s why 4 stars and no bathrooms. Otherwise not bad I expected to be here all day looking at all those reviews.. there’s a loves truck stop around the block go there after you drop your trailer they’ll give you a call when done"
"This is a Amazon dc, this place is one of the worse ones yet!! My trailer has been here waiting to be unloaded for over 48 hours!! I am fixing to pick my trailer up and throw their stuff off my trailer!! Amazon dont care nor respect truck drivers, Amazon is holding my trailer up and costing me money while it sits!! Amazon needs to get their stuff together or get out of the business at this location in Charlotte!"
"I've been driving a truck for 30 years, retire next month thankfully. I have been to thousands of shippers/receivers across America. This facility is the worst (by far) I've ever been to....Completely disorganized and hopelessly inept. Facility manager needs/deserves medieval punishment for putting hundreds of truck drivers through this exhaustingly stupid experience. You, like me will shake your head in utter astonishment and amazement at the mental shortcomings of this clown show. Problem is driver, you are now a unwitting participant of this circus. And because of this dear driver-You will pay the price for their incompetence AND your decision to accept this load. A high price. Very high wait times for anything you do at this facility and you will most likely lose your next load because of this. Oh, and no restrooms for drivers....at all! ;)"
"This is by far the worst Amazon distribution & honestly doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. I’ve been here a handful of times & every time I have came here it’s been nothing more than dreadful. I have NEVER came here and it was a smooth transition. Their yard; a mess & uncoordinated, their employees; clueless, slow & unprofessional, their line; all the way to the intersection. Hate is a strong word but I truly despise this place."
