"Tripp helped me close on my first home. As you can imagine, I had some questions. He did not return any emails or voicemails throughout the whole home buying process. At one point, I was going out of the country and had to sign a document before I left. He was out of the office during the week with no way to get ahold of him. Calls and emails regarding this were still never returned. Giving him 2 stars because he did close on the house and there weren’t any issues. But I had to do a lot of his job for him because he was nowhere to be found during the process. If I could do this over, I would get another attorney."
