"I had a great experience with Hearth & Patio years ago when I purchased my patio furniture; however, things there have changed. I purchased a Grill in late September, 2023 to only find out later that they charged me $100 over MSRP. I found this out while at Lowe’s as they had the same exact grill for $100 less. When I called to discuss the matter, they were only willing to split the difference and wouldn’t honor the normal price. Shame on me for not doing my research before hand, but I trusted them to be fair and reasonable. Unfortunately, that will be my last purchase from their store. Be careful and do your research before buying anything there."
