"We love the cabinets, the Sole is a great line. The carpenters both the subcontractor as well as (Gary and his assistant) we experienced with installing were meticulous, but fast and great to communicate with. Our experience with the warehouse manager (Arron) was also really great in communication, following up with us on the process of outstanding items and always returned my calls. However, the reason I could not provide a 5 star was the experience with our sales person Kathryn. The communication was like pulling teeth, you never knew if you were going to receive a response. Even if you sent a text you may not receive a response. On a couple of occasions the communications was an e-mail reply with the answer in the subject line and nothing else in the e-mail body. If you like to have all the details explained and written in the contract this will be a challenge. It was very difficult to get items added to the plans so we felt comfortable on what we were receiving and the price of the items. A couple of times there were changes left out from previous updates. When you make changes I recommend you keep really good notes and understand the price changes, the pricing was sometimes hard to follow and we felt we could not trust the pricing changes. Several times we had to have repeat conversation on certain details. As mentioned in other post concerning salesman when she was on vacation there was no back up which ended up working to our advantage, allowing me to move some things forward on my own. I also highly recommend you work with the countertop company individually. Trying to understanding the cost of the tops and backsplash (wanting it itemized) Scott (Manager) on Kathryn's behalf requested we take our business and conduct it directly with Smokey Mountain Tops. Which we did and it was a much better experience working directly with them. I highly recommend Smokey Mountain Tops. Lastly we always felt our account was just not large enough to be worth her time, often referring to other larger clients."

"I am so incredibly pleased with the entire experience with Standard Kitchen and Bath. I contacted them two months before I was ready to move 2200 miles to a home I purchased. As I had the floor plan, Stacy Bussell arranged for Ray Bell to draw up plans for a new laundry room as well as gliding drawers in my kitchen. I had the plans within three weeks. After I approved them, the owner contacted me directly for payment and gave me his direct line if I ever needed anything. Upon arrival, Ray Bell came to my home personally to see if we could also install gliders in my bathrooms. He and I agreed that with the plumbing, the gliders would be impractical and would cut off too much space. It’s very nice to work with a true professional who had only my best interests and needs in mind. I was contacted well in advance of the installation date and they also scheduled Matt Clay to come by my home the day prior to install to measure one more time and confirm everything would fit as designed. Matt was also stellar! He spent all the time needed to ensure the installation would go off without a hitch. The next day, the cabinets and drawers were delivered on time. Soon after, two really great guys (I’m so sorry I didn’t write their names down) did a beautiful job installing everything. I had planned on writing this review soon but what prompted me to do it now is Matt Clay just called to tell me they are going to refund money to me for one drawer that couldn’t be installed in the kitchen due to the stove gas line running through the back of the cupboard! Truly an amazing company. I feel like this review didn’t do justice to how superb they all were. You will not go wrong using Standard Kitchen and Bath. I wish I had more work for them to do. Truly, I do!"
