"The property is very old and not maintain. You’re responsible for any bug issues and maintenance of the grounds. There was a problem with the air conditioning unit and it took the lady four days to send someone out. When there was a problem with the heat it took her a week to send someone out. The house I read has a fireplace she told me that it was functional. I paid $200 to have it inspected before I used it. Luckily I did that because it was capped at the top I could’ve set the whole place on fire or at least smoked out the whole house. Lady is very short and unprofessional when you try to call about anything other than giving the money. I don't recommend anyone rent from this slumlord that only nip tuck when it comes to fixing anything. However what God has for you is for you. I'm in another home 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms very well insulated. My new landlord was sent to me from God. All you can do is pray for people like this that only care about people they love.
