"Came to them for a personal injury case over a year ago and have made ZERO progress, telling me they are waiting on medical bills to come in from the hospital. Every time I called or emailed they would take up to weeks to respond with the usual. I got the feeling that they couldn't care less about my case, as they would ask me to remind them about details of the case. It was almost as if they weren't writing anything down or actually doing work. I got tired of it all decided to give them a deadline to which they responded by terminating my case. Wow, and the best part was they made it seem like it was my fault claiming that I failed to give them pictures of the injury site even though from the beginning I said I never had one. they also claimed that I refused to understand that the medical documentation is not within their control and that the case was not a slam dunk (I never mentioned anything about being a slam duck once). All I was trying to do was get my money back for the physical therapy and hopefully get some extra for the time I wasn't working. At this point I'll just take the physical therapy money as the company we were suing already agreed to pay for that. If you couldn't make the second half stick why did you string me along for a year?
