"I couldn't ask for better service! I grabbed a Black Friday deal on a mattress and box spring to be picked up at the Morrisville location. There was a technical error regarding the delivery date of my order but Roy (who usually works at the Cary location but, luckily for me, was filling in at the Morrisville store) helped me politely, promptly, and professionally as we got the order straight throughout the day. I couldn't ask for better service and will definitely be ordering my next mattress from Mattress Warehouse again (although with their great warranty, it might be a while)!"
