The place was clean, and the staff came to check on us and ask if we had any questions looking at office chairs. Then, while leaving, someone else told us to have a good night. "I bought a desk chair and due to the store manager this turned out to be a positive experience. The chair was priced at $329 ('on sale'). But the exact same chair was on Amazon for $279. The store manager matched the price on Amazon (but I did need to find this myself and point it out). The chair on Amazon was shipped by Office Depot, so they are pricing their merchandise on Amazon cheaper than priced at their own stores. Kudos to the store manager, but negative for Office Depot. I had the chair assembled by the store for $15. Upon pickup, I noticed damage to the leather, and the store manager noticed damage to the chrome. The store manager had the chair replaced due to the damage. I don't know if the damage in 2 places was due to the manufacturer or the assembly, but I am sure if I had done the assembly then I would not have received a replacement. Kudos to the store manager, but a warning that having the store assemble the purchase is more than for convenience. In this case, there was no question that the issue belonged with Office Depot."

In addition, although in the time of the order I ordered to pick it up from my home town, when the order was ready and I came to the store, I find out that they send the order to a neighboring town (located 20 miles from me), without even sending a note about it! they refused to sent the order to my town even the day after...."
