"I have nothing but positive things to say about the Southpoint Mall Casper store. My partner and I purchased two Casper Hybrid Snow mattresses during the Fourth of July sale. We found each sales associate, the manager, and the regional manager to be attentive, respectful, kind, patient, and empathetic. As one knows, buying a mattress is a significant and important purchase because getting a good night's sleep is of paramount importance. We did not experience any high-pressure sales tactics, and we were told, "Go home and sleep on it," meaning to think it over. I chuckled at the pun and double entendre. We returned the next day to purchase the mattresses and mattress protectors. We are getting a great night's sleep now and are in the process of purchasing a third Snow mattress. Cory, the regional manager, Kathy, the manager, and Steph and Dominic, sales associates, are all invaluable and listen well and want to please their customers.
