"Yeah I thought it was a great furniture as well until now. I bought a zebra print club chair and the main reason was Mary told me how easy it is to keep clean with a damp cloth because of the material. I had this chair for about 3 months and it started turning yellowish brown on the arms, legs and back area. I tried cleaning it with a damp cloth..what a joke..not one spot came off. i bought a 2nd one shortly after the first and have not used it for fear that it discolors as well. I just called the store and spoke to Donna(who I didn't care for the first time I met her and more so now..all about sales!) She started out by telling me to use a solution to clean it and then told me I should have a professional cleaner come out to clean it. So i bought a chair being told how easy it was to clean to now having to have a professional cleaner come out every 3 months. Once again comes down to..we are wonderful when its time for selling but there is nothing we can do. Well you can bet I will never step foot in that place again! the pictures do it justice! its very obvious when you look at the chair! So i pay $725 for a chair that I was told is extremely easy to clean with a damp cloth but now i that i have 2 of them they are telling me to have it professionally cleaned every few months..or i will have to cover it with a blanket for everyday use...and they think the reply on how to clean it is an acceptable answer. Like i said....never go there again...and neither should you!"

"Bought furniture there and have alway been happy. Just this month the mechanism on our recliner broke and I took numbers from chair into store and a new mechanism was ordered. JR came out and installed part and recliner is great. We have light colored carpet and asked him to walk on pads we set down and he obliged. Great job and loved his pickup up truck!! We had friends move down here and took them to Waterway Furniture and they ended up buying a bedroom suite and dining room table and chairs and are very happy!!"
