"The property management was very rude. They took forever to respond to inquiries and were dismissive and rude, almost mean, about concerns. These' cabins' are just houses in a neighborhood. Not really cabins. This area is very populated and has a Disneyland vibe with lots of traffic. Was hoping for an actual cabin in the woods."

"Pictures are deceiving, is much smaller than pictured. No toiletries to speak of just, samples. Charging for cleaning fee is fine, but taking out trash, and leaving tip for maid service is uncalled for. Have the owner pay cleaning service better."

"The cabin we stayed in needs updates. Hot tub is broken, couches are very worn out, floor paneling is not even. They are spacious and can easily accommodate a family with younger children. They are located only 10 minutes from the attractions in gaitlinburg which was a huge plus for us."

"Our experience in the Yeti cabin was overall great! We were there 5days on day 2 we reached out about a problem we had and it was fixed the very next day and likely would have been fixed the same day had we been around to send a picture. This tells me their customer service is phenomenal! The cabin itself is showing it's age however, the amenities make up for that. The location is great beings centrally located to many activities."
