"I have visited this store in the past and had no issues. Yesterday I went to return an Amazon package (the only return option for this particular item) and asked the agent if he could print the label from an email. He said yes, he could, but it would cost $3.00. I was astounded. I told him I could have gone and had it printed at Staples for 25¢. He told me to go to Staples. I left the store, contacted Amazon, and was promptly offered next-day UPS pickup from my home and they would provide the label. Wonderful service from Amazon, but just doesn't seem the best use of resources. I will not visit this UPS location in future."

"I love this store. It was my UPS store when I was in school and now that I am a grownup Seth still delivers efficient customer service. I bring packages in, I'm in the computer database, tracking received, no nonsense. Seth always asks if I need packaging help and deluvery options. I'm the person that has manufacturing warehouse experience, so I am not going to show up with 200lb packages that have to be assembled etc. so I guess I am lucky."
