"I was exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid-19. I contacted Tisa and informed her of my situation. I was told I would be charged a cancellation fee, so I said I could make the appointment and she said no. She let me know that she wouldn’t charge a fee because I made a deposit. I asked her if I rescheduled my appointment would I have to pay another deposit and she never responded. Needless to say I found another more responsive, reasonable Stylist."
