"Awful experience at this salon. I don’t think they have sterile instruments for each customer. They were grabbing the same instruments from their cart and talking about how they needed a “new one of these” and a “new one of that”. It sounded as though they each have only one of each instrument. My cuticles were bleeding on a few nail beds but one continued to bleed. The tech kept applying the green stuff to make it stop but it didn’t help. I wasn’t offered a discount at all despite having to leave with a bandage because the bleeding had gotten so bad. My gel polish is rough around the edges and I don’t expect it to last long but I didn’t dare ask anyone there to redo it after what I went through. Much better salons in the area."
