"I went in for a haircut yesterday and left sad and disappointed. The lady (long grey hair) butchered my hair. For that, I would leave one star. However, today I went back in for someone else to try to make it look less horrible and I found Bridgette. Although hair can’t be put back, she did what she could to help me out. I left a little less distraught but my hair is still so bad (so short and thin! Who thins out thin hair??). She was so compassionate and talked me through our plan to get my hair back to normal. Obviously, that will take more time than I would like, but I really appreciated the time she spent with me today. From now on, my family will only see Bridgette! She is great at what she does, very experienced, and super sweet!! I know that if she could have added my hair back and reversed what the other lady did, she would have! If you have long hair, ask for her, Danny or Shannon so you don’t find yourself having to spend 6 months getting your hair back to normal. Thank you Bridgette!"

"I came in during a storm to get a haircut, as I sat in the chair the buildings power went out and Bridget (I hope I am remembering their name correctly) and another women I did not get the chance to get acquainted with continued to cut my hair and the hair of a boy to my left, although they were working in the dark. They were both extremely professional and courteous to both me and the boys mother, and even helped me figure out what I wanted to do with the cut. As soon as I got home I checked out my hair and she did an incredible job. I truly appreciate them both being so calm and professional throughout the process."
