"I recently went to The Bed Store in search of cooling foam pillows. The manager, Doug, was extremely helpful. He didn't have all the pillows I needed in stock, and he called around to several stores to find what I needed so I wouldn't have to wait too long. He even offered to work late if I couldn't get to the store on time. I did, but that's going above and beyond what I or anyone should expect. I purchased 3 cooling side pillows and one cooling Tempurpedic one. They're all excellent, and 3 of them were well-priced. Only the Tempurpedic brand pillow was high, but that wasn't his fault. From personal experience (buying one of their mattresses), I know that they don't normally go on sale. They don't have to. I would not hesitate to recommend The Bed Store on Chapman Hwy in Knoxville. Pleasant employees and no pressure."
