"People seem to be saying the customer service is good here but that wasn’t my experience. The lady that served me made me feel like going in to register my car was a huge inconvenience to her. Waved me up when she became available. I approached the counter. No greeting just sat there staring at me. When I said I’d like to register my vehicle she just said ok and continued to stare at me. From there I tried to be friendly and smiley but got nothing back."

"Best license plate agency ever. I normally feel like I need a Xanax before going to these kinds of places. Well I don’t have a prescription and needed a license plate so had to go. The employees are amazing! Had to bring my wild 3 year old with and everyone there was super awesome. Quick, efficient, helpful, and friendly staff. My husband had to go get his plates the next week and was surprised I wanted to go. Random side note: they have a bookshelf with free books. I just love that and will be bringing books to add to it. They also have a basket of greeting cards to grab from. So cute. Love it. I hope I never have to go to another license plate agency because this place has ruined me with their awesomeness."

"Showed up at 9:15 I swear there was at least 13 people there waiting in line, I waited outside the door because it was so crowded. One guy tried to walk in and noticed how long the line was and said he’d come back later. I figured I’d stick it out because I’ve always had a great experience here and wouldn’t you know 10 minutes later I was walking back out with new tags!!! There were four ladies working the counters and they were all so friendly and efficient. Rachel ray was cooking some pasta in the background on the tv and in general the whole experience was so pleasant. The lovely lady that helped me was all smiles and so courteous it felt like the quintessential southern hospitality experience."
